    3. Thank you Charles, I will have a look there too. Having felt like I fell into the deep end I am now beginning to swim.So much to take in. As every link has been helpful I will shortly look for G Father , Lawrence CREEDON who survived WW1 and wrote back to his old school, St Bede's in Bradford of some of his exploits.He was a Dispatch Rider. Through all the horrors he found it exciting too. More for me to discover.
