Hi I was at the Keighley FHS monthly meeting the other week, and the guest speaker was the Head of West Yorkshire archives. She said that the Bradford archives have been shipped over to the library now and the microfiche had been amalgamated with the library resources, so that part was open for business, but the paper archives were still being sorted out and they were hoping to be up and running by end of this month. She also said that the enquiry desk at the library was open and had been merged between the two sets of staff - if you have had no response to email, perhaps you could try the new phone number which should be advertised on their website.
