Hi Everyone, Does anyone have a connection to the following family. Abraham HANSON married Matty (Martha) COLLINS at Bradford Parish Church 6th Oct 1830. She was the daughter of John COLLINS and Mary BARRACLOUGH. She died in the June Qtr 1866 in the district of Bradford. Together they had the following children. William bp: 31 Dec 1815 Bradford Parish Church John bp: 18 June 1818 Bradford Parish Church Mary bp: 5th Oct 1823 Holy Trinity Church, Low Moor, buried 12th Feb 1825 at the same church. Maria bp: 5th Oct 1823 Holy Trinity Church, Low Moor Henry bp: 3 Apr 1825 Holy Trinity Church, Low Moor Emma bp: 25 Dec 1827 Holy Trinity Church, Low Moor Reuben bp: 18 Jun 1830 Bradford Parish Church Paul bp: 31 Dec 1832 Holy Trinity Church, Low Moor Ephraim born abt 1835 Hannah born 30 Jul 1837 at Wibsey bp:30 Dec 1837 Holy Trinity Church Wibsey. This family lived at Odsal, Wibsey during the 1841-1861 Census. If anyone is connected I would certainly like to hear from them as Mary BARRACLOUGH is the sister of my William BARRACLOUGH. Dear Kim, My HANSON connection is in a shambles and while they are cantered around Wibsey at the same time as your twigs there appears to be little joy for me in your listing. My great grand mother was Tabitha Hanson born June 1810 to William (be 1764 me 1787) and Judith Bateman.. He was reported to have died in 1815.. Tabitha Married John TORDOFF who died at the age of 38 in 1850. Tabitha then married a much younger, John MARSHAL:L in 1852. Witness to the marriage was Tabitha's FATHER William ???. Tabitha died in 1862, was buried with her first husband using his name. Nothing has been found of John Marshall, other than a marriage certificate.
