Thank you to everyone who answered. It is much appreciated and does help to know where to look. The person I am trying to trace is Richard ATKINS. He married Deborah HOWELL. Had one child James and census states he was born in Whick?ol? which could be either Wixford or Wychbold. Had another child William Ezra the next year to 18 months at Harvington, baptised North & Middle Littleton. They then appear in Alton where a paper mill was started up in an old wire mill.
