Hi all Please could anyone with the 1851 census for Dudley check if I have some missing? I am having difficulty tieing it up with my ancestors identified on the 1861 census. In the 1861 census they were residing in the Dudley, St Andrews Enumeration District 42. This included St John's Street, Griffiths Buildings, New Steet, Church Street and Church Road. I can't find any of these on the 1851 census. Enumeration District 41 (1861 census) links up with Parts 5/3 and 5/4 of the 1851 census. Enumeration District 43 (1861 census) then seems to tie up with Part 5/5. On the CD I have Part 5 consists of Part 1 - 5 then 6a, 6b,6c, 7a, 7b, 8 and 9. It could just be that 42 was a new area by 1861 but I thought it was worth asking. Any help appreciated Many thanks Jean
