Would any lister have the images on CD for Worcestershire/Staffordshire and be able to look at something for me please? The following family appears in the Worcestershire index for 1851 :- Kingswinford HO107/2036/346 Moor Lane Samuel Dorricourt H 37 Hannah Dorricourt W 38 William Dorricourt S 12 [and various other Dorricourt children] Hannah Dorricourt married Samuel Derricott in Bayton, WOR in 1844, and at that time she had a son called William, which I think is the son named above. My question is simply is he actually called Dorricourt on the census or is he in fact Preece? Thanks in advance.
