This is the one! my Samuel was born abt 1813, so it is not too far out! I reckon he would have been 28 in 1841. This is deinately my 2 x gt grandfather as shortly after the 1841 census took place, he moved to Halifax, West Yorkshire and was a compositor with a newspaper. I do have a bapt., certificate for his brother John, which reads: April 5, 1818 - John, son of Joseph Harris (victualler) and Mary, at Old Swinford.
