Hi Ann, If you look on the National Archives site I think you will find your HENRY BIRKETT's will there and you will be able to download it for a modest price. Go to http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/documentsonline/ Go to the left hand box where it says quick search and then click on Advanced search, if you then type in HENRY BIRKETT 1840 it should bring you to his will below.
