Gill, I have a Sarah Baynham born about 1815 Brierley Hill, in my tree, I don't have anything else on her family, except she married James Twigg, their granddaughter married into my Worton line from Cradley. James Twigg was from Droitwich, not far from your area of search, I am assuming that perhaps Sarah Baynham's family moved into that area and that is how they met.
