Good evening listers I am new to this list and wonder if SKS could help me. I have put my family research on the back burner to try and help my mother-in-law's brother with his family research. Their family name is STEYNOR which I believe is quite an unusual spelling. There is a STEYNOR AVENUE in DRIOTWICH and I should be very grateful if anyone could let me know who the Avenue was named after. Many thanks Lis from Salisbury UK mainly researching: Hutt, Emberson, Feeney, Lerch, Batten, Steynor, Almeroth, Wrede.
Hi Lis Would seem to be Robert Steynor. See http://droitwich.co.uk/robert-steynor.htm for other references try the Access to Archives website www.a2a.org.uk Regards Jacquie
