Hi David, It now appears that Joseph HUGHES was from Stroud, GLS. This gentleman is in Bromsgrove under the name of HOOPER. An enumerator's error. We believe we have one photo of him, and 32 would be too young for this picture. Thank's anyway. Mike Yegwart
