Hi, I'm looking for John and Ann GIBBONS in the Worcestershire 1851 census. John would be about 36, and Ann about 33. At the time of the 1861 census, John was employed as a "chandiler maker journeyman." They should show up with son, John, 12; and son, Thomas, 4. I also suspect that John and Ann married in Worcestershire sometime about 1838. Ann (surname unknown) gave Worcester as her place of birth in both the 1861 and 1871 Census, but for some strange reason, she gave "Water Orton, Worcester" as her place of birth in the 1881 Census. Strange because Water Orton is in Warwickshire! In 1891 she gave her place of birth as Birmingham. Quite confusing. Ann has been one of my brick walls for many years. Any help greatly appreciated.
