Hello, I am seeking help with my RICHARD GODWIN, who according to the 1851 sencus here in Newport Gwent, was aged 40 years, so born circa 1810, and coming from Great Shelsley, Worcestershire. He was recorded as being a Sheriffs Bailiff. I would be very grateful to anyone who can look his birth up and inform me as to the names of his parents. I have been stuck on this for a long time and unfortunately I am unable to get to Worcester to look this up for myself. Thank you and regards Les Lacey.
