Good morning from New Zealand Lyn, If you are not undermined by requests, and happen to attend the 'Lone Pine Memorial' or the 'Twelve Tree Copse Memorial' at Gallipoli, I would be delighted if you could take photos of the two following graves/stones. 1. My mother's uncle: A(llan) Gillingham died 25.4.15 (Anzac day - for NZers and Aussies). He died storming the beach after leaving the ship 'Annaberg'. He is buried at Lone Pine Memorial (75). I assume (75) is a section of Lone Pine. 2. The only other Cobden born, West Coast, South Island, NZ, lad is Frank George Ross died 8.5.15 at Daisy Patch. He is buried at 'Twelve Tree Copse Memorial (11.1.8)' Some of the memorials are miles apart, so I will understand if you dont succeed. Have a nice, safe trip.
