Hi John This is just a reference from the GRO [General Register Office] birth indexes, telling you that a birth of a Hannah AYRIS was registered in the three months Oct, Nov or Dec in the Registration District of Dudley (which is in Worcestershire). The figures lead to the Volume (6c) and page (140) in the registers to give the birth certificate. As Gus says you really need to discover when she emigrated - this may have been with her parents which will help to identify her in this country.
