For her sister Rebekah/Rebecca MAISEY was an early member of the LDS. (Daniel MAISEY died in November 1856 "On Trail, Sweet Water, Wyoming, Unmarked Grave".) They will, of course, have to be confirmed - and it would seem that Jane wasn't baptised Church of England. [There are no "SIMMONSes" [of varying spellings on the Batch Extraction from the Bromsberrow Registers - although Rebecca MAY have been baptised there in 1822. [As a full member of the LDS she's likely to've been removed from the extracted list.] But her parents were John and Sarah, which tallies with the likely interpretation of the 1841 entry for Jane.....
