Hi Doreen When a quarter is missing in the GRO index images at Ancestry it is normally because the "last" name on the page, as indexed is actually not the last alphabetical surname on the page, but a handwritten addition that belongs further up the page. So look at the results for all four quarters of 1960 and you actually get four results, but none at all for the March quarter (the one you quote is actaully for the June quarter). But the Sep one starts at the surname JESSON, so go back to the search page and enter that surname. Then you will get an image which says it covers "JEREMY, Patricia M - JEWELL, Amanda T" If you click on that link you will find that Amanda JEWELL is a late entry, the last surname on the page is actually JHA, and there are six JEYNES births on it. Hope that helps both you and others who find that it appears that names are missing!
