    3. Hello Christine, Wolverley [Civil] Parish covered a large area, and the Enumerator's description of his District would seem to indicate that he had to do a lot of walking to cover it! Your MOULDER family were actually in Portway Place, Cookley which still exists. At least, there's still a road of that name in Cookley on my current Street Map - but it doesn't make any mention of a pub there. [From Google's Maps & Satellite Picture it looks to be now exclusively residential - always assuming it's still in the same place!] My knowledge of the pubs in Cookley is meagre, but I only *know* of one (whose name I can't remember) roughly opposite the Post Office in the village centre. The chances are high that the Tinmans Arms (I agree your reading) was a comparatively-short-lived beerhouse - although I'd be happy to be proved wrong! HTH Gus ----- Original Message ----- From: "Christine Sadler" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, February 10, 2008 8:51 AM Subject: [WOR] Tinman's Arms - Moulder surname I have ancestors living at what looks like the Tinman's Arms in Wolverley near Kidderminster (RG9/2076; Folio 89; Page 16). The writing is difficult to read, but I think that's what it says. I can't find any information on the pub so I assume it is no longer in existence. Does anyone have any information about it? - or GEORGE MOULDER and his family who lived there?
