    3. Hi Allen, Just to add to your misery. Some directories simply plagiarised the work of other directories. So, as an example, suppose the "accurate one" was one to two years in preparation another couple could be added for to the "copy" directory. So try another directory, for example "The Post Office Directory". As for finding the family. Have you tried the IGI, although coverage is getting a bit thin by this time? National Burial Index is worth a go too. Do you know which cemetery any of the family may be be buried in? A Monumental Inscription (MI) may help. If Albert was alive after about 1915 he may be on an electoral register, which may be more up to date than a directory. Mike Allen Cook wrote: > Hi, Thanks both for your help.
