At the top of the schedule Mill Street gets a mention in the municipal ward - South. George HANDS (30), wife Annie and daughter Elizabeth M. live at number 5. Mike, The name is Proud Cross and is an area inKidderminster at the end of Mill Street on the Brignorth road out of town. The town's hospital (infirmary) was situated there as was my infant school.The name Proud Cross has largely been forgotten now except for ancient folks like me.
