Does anyone know where Sand Pit House Inn (Bromyard Road, Worcester) was situated? Is it either of the public houses still existing in Bromyard Road? Also Crow's Nest Wood, said to be near Sand Pit House. Crow's Nest Wood was the scene of an accident in 1854 in which a family member was shot and killed (he was a gamekeeper). The subsequent inquest was held at the Sand Pit House Inn. I'm trying to establish whereabouts in Bromyard Road said inn was. Many thanks for any help. Barbara
