I'm trying to help a friend with CHANCE/CHAUNCE ancestors in the early 17th century in Shepley, near Bromsgrove. Can anyone tell me which parish register would be the most likely to check for a baptism around 1618? Would it be Bromsgrove All Saints, Bromsgrove St. John the Baptist - or somewhere else entirely?
