Hi John, I always tell people to get the microfilm if it shows that as the source of the IGI. There could be more information than is put on the IGI. The burials for the Parish were never extracted but they are usually on the Parish Registers. Also remember to use different spellings of surnames when looking through census records. Born in Lower Mitton on 28 January 1808, one of 5 siblings to WILLIAM and MARY RICHARDSON (no marriage on Worcester marriage list pre 1837). I have found no trace of her after that entry. The IGI shows an ELIZABETH RICHARDSON marrying a RICHARD NUTHER, in Great Comberton in 1826. I do not think this is the Elizabeth from Worcester as there was/were Richardson family/s in that villiage. I have never found this couple on a census. Perhaps ELIZABETH died as a young girl/lady, before 1837. I wonder if parish records show this? The 1841 census shows many of the family married and living in the Blockhouse area of Worcester, but NO sign of the parents, or indeed ELIZABETH. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
