Hi Alan, I know its been mentioned before - so I'm sure you know - Berrow's Worcester Journal from 1810 has been digitalised by the British Library and are probably worth while accessing. I've only experience of Berrows from 1756 - 1790's (range of my collection which I am digitalising) and certainly towards the end of this period crime was well reported so by 1836 you should get some good reports. Hi Richard, I'd completely missed that - but how can I access it? My fumbling attempts to find it on the British Library site merely took me in circles - I was only able to find about half a dozen front pages of Other Local Papers, all far from Worcester!
