I joined Lancashire County Libraries some time last year as a virtual member, even though I do not live in Lancashire - for a Yorkshireman, perish the thought!!! - and access the 19th Century Newspapers website with no problems. I have just checked and Berrow's Worcester Journal is indeed there. You find the website for Lancashire County Libraries and sign up. You have to nominate yourself as a member of a particular library (I chose Burnley) but then they send you a membership card with a number that you use to sign in to the newspaper site.
