My thanks to both M Howes and Roy Stockall for their answers. We have a meeting tomorrow and I will definitely pass this on to our member. He saw a cartoon in the paper about buying an English title and wondered if one could do such a thing. I told him I didn't think so but would check it out. He thought it kind of strange too. Again many thanks. Have a good week.
