James, You should be searching the Mormon Family Search site, but at a quick look I couldn't find anything. However there were a few earlier entries for West Hill that could be his father. It's rather unusual to have West as a given name. As they look to live in London, Ancestry now has London BDM records from London Archives, so that would be a good place to start. I'd also look on Ancestry for any submitted family trees. Another possibility is to simply Google his name in quotation marks, but I'd imagine you will also get a lot of responses for locations called West Hill. It might be advisable to add Doctor to your search. Peter in Sydney
