Worcester Branch of the BMSGH A meeting to be held in Worcester will be of interest to those using the internet to research their ancestors. Paul Hudson, the manager of the Worcestershire Library and History Centre, will give a talk entitled "Further steps with Ancestry.co.uk". This website was recently voted the most influential family history website of the decade. The talk will be of interest not only to those already using the site but also to new users. The meeting is organised by the Worcester branch of the Birmingham and Midland Society for Genealogy and History and will be held at The Baptist Church Hall, Sansome Walk, Worcester, on Friday, 8th April 2011 starting at 7.30 pm. Being the wrong part of the country, I will be unable to attend this meeting. However, it sounds very interesting and useful.
