    3. I am wondering if there is anyone out there who could tell me if there were more than one Baker in this little town in the 1830-1840 period. I am interested in the house that was a bakery almost opposite the entrance to the Church as I think that is where my John Smith with his wife and family conducted his Bakery at that period of time. The lady of the house said that she thought there was another Bakery in the village at that period and I would like to be sure I have the correct building. There is a stone carved 'The Bakery' leaning up against the buildings wall and I have seen where the oven stood until the mid twentieth century. Hope that I can get a positive on this one and also wonder what the name of the road or street this place is on. Cheers. Pat from Australia
