Are you able to find a census just by the name of the place, please? I am just wondering who is in charge in Coldharbour Hinton near Steeple Ashton as George does not appear to be living there now. The Tollgate and land was left to his first wife Esther formerly Phillips. Perhaps her uncle Peter Phillips is living there now?
