I have a copy of the Broad Chalke book you mention - a excellent production which I'm pleased to have but unfortunately I think the Randolls did not feature widely as I imagine they had left the village by the mid 1800s. Naturally most of the memories and references in the book came later from more recent residents. I would love to receive any pointers you may have. Jill
