Hi, List members Does anyone have the records for Semington, please? I am trying to track down the burial place of my George Young who died on the 8 March 1873 aged 56 years. Born in 1817 and baptised at Keevil, George gave his place of residence on his two marriages as Semington. He married first at Steeple Ashton, then his second marriage to a Jane Rutt was by licence at the Church in the Chapelry of Semington on 3 January 1863. This seems a bit odd as George was a Corn Merchant and lived at Roundstone Street in Trowbridge and his new wife Jane Rutt gave her residence as Trowbridge. Grateful for any help it may turn out that he is buried in Trowbridge in one of the churches there? All the best Heather
