Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a contact for the Bourton OPC - it is sometimes worthwhile contacting them directly. Perhaps you could contact the co-ordinator to see if there is a contact address available. You will find the address at http://www.dorset-opc.com/ContactPage.htm But as you say, James and Fanny may have been married elsewhere and children baptised elsewhere as well, especially a first child who may have been born/baptised in the mother's home parish. Did you try a search of the whole Dorset OPC site - brings up lots of unconnected results but could be worth wading through..
