I had a look at 1891 but nothing is obviously him. I suggest you get hold of the marriage certificate for William BARRETT. Freebmd has a marriage of William BARRETT June qtr 1899 Pancras District vol 1b page 136 and Myra ELLIS on the same page. When you get a brick wall - walk around it. Bryan
