The most likely match is an Edward HOOPER 20 Shoemaker, in the General penitentiary Westminster, Middlesex, born 'out of county'. If you don't have them, the family are in Chelsea in 1851: Edward HOOPER 32 Shoe maker. b Trowbridge, Wilts Jane 29 Boot binder. B Road, Somerset Edward W COOK 11.
