Devon William aged 17 born Wilcot Elizabeth aged 14 " Charlotte aged 11 " Eliza aged 8 " John aged 6 " Jane aged 2 " That is the only Bailey in Wilcot on my 1851 census . I have Gordon Beavingtons census and maybe someone with a different one could find more for you , there must be a connection with Jacob and your William I guess because of Devon and Burlescombe.
