I am helping to research the Hughes tree for my neighbour. I have nine members of Decima's family and I know Decima was the tenth born so I have one name missing. I have her parents as George Gilmore McTier and Elizabeth Strugnell. I have the McTier's dating back to 1739 but little information with regard to the Strugnell's or the Gilmore's.
