Hi All I am looking for a "Young Sturgess" born 1870 in Bulford. Parents were Noah Sturgess and Mary Ann Sweet. He was on the census 1871 thru 1891 but disappeared. Not on the 1901 census in all of England and can't seem to find a death. Would anyone have any knowledge of Young? Thanks Robin Wallace Australia
Dear Robin, Have you considered whether he may have fought in the Anglo-Boer War? Nearly 1/2 million troops eventually were involved which may be where Young is in 1901. Try the website http://hometown.aol.co.uk/kevinasplin/home.html Have a great day!!
