It seems that WILLIAM PERCIVAL - Born: c1863, Cumbria, Carlisle, married ELIZA ?? Born: c1862, Monmouth, Wales, for reasons I have yet to find out, moved to Swindon and had two children - CLARA born c1888-Swindon and WILLIAM born c1891-Swindon. Both of these are in the 1901 census, but .. There is also a GERTRUDGE PERCIVAL that I am trying to track down and she must have been born after 1901. Hence my question on the 1911 census. The 1911 England & Wales census isn't available to anyone until January 2012 soyou'll need to be patient. There's no chance of it being released early either. Was he a miner or connected with mining in some capacity? Was he on the railways? There was a big depot at Swindon.
