Liz, I had a look in W.R.S. volume XXVII Returns to Visitation Queries, 1783. But questions asked don't include any reference to the Jewish community, possibly the community was so small that it didn't merit any inquiry ? Possibly an enquiry direct to Wiltshire Record Office might suggest a lead to follow up ? I think I've only found one Isaac in my newspaper transcripts, from London. Another option might be contacting the Nimrod indexes incase they have any reference to the surname.
