Hello, Can anyone please tell me how I can look up on-line an entry in Pigots Directory 1830 for Wiltshire. I have found an index for a James Pickett (who is possibly my ancestor) on Page 791 for Bedwin, WIL ENG and would like to see what it says. Any help would be appreciated. Rita Woodcock Norfolk UK

There is historicaldirectories http://www.historicaldirectories.org/hd/ but not the 1830. I Have the 1830 and 34 but my desk is temporarily my table <G> and it will take a bit of looking to find them. Pickett James, plumber'& glazier, Great Bedwin Pigot's 1830 I have the 1830 and 1839, and not the 34 it seems,as well as the 1842.
