I would think that Eliza was born in the parish of Shalbourne, Wilts, which includes the hamlet of Bagshot. Shalbourne is near Hungerford and is in the Hungerford Registration District. You could try looking for Eliza's baptism in Shalbourne or one of the surrounding parishes. Dobson/Dopson (often interchangeable) is a commonly found local name. It certainly occurs in Ramsbury where James was born.
