Batchelor born Salisbury, England. Date not stated. Parents are listed as: Bertram Havelock MORGAN & Frances Mary BROAD At the bottom of the certificate it says: Correct name of Albert Victor MORGAN has now been reverted to. Reqistrar. ll July, 1951. I have tried several times to find him in the UK Free BDMs - to no avail. Hoping SKS can help with this search.
