Hello I am looking for information regarding the non conformists Upper Meeting House (Upper independent Chapel) in Westbury. My gr gr grandparents, William Dunn 1825-1899 and Sarah Millard 1826-1913 both lived in and around the Westbury area, William was an engine driver in the iron works and originally from Durham. Records in Chippenham CRO indicate they were buried along with a grandson Headley Hercombe, 1880-1908, in the burial ground attached to the Upper Meeting House I have found that after the re-joining of the Upper and Lower meeting houses in 1940 the building was used for furniture store and then a builders store and is now a residential property but can find no information as to the burial ground.
