Hello Shirley IGI I have found Frances Gibbs marrying Robert Small in Wylie on 28 April 1790. Robert died 26 May 1793, buried 30 May 1793 in Wylie. Robert's parents were Robert Small and Sarah Hinton. No luck with Frances except the IGI seems to think that she was born about 1769 but that maybe just the fact that it is 21 years before she married Robert.
