Hello Marlene, My COOKs came from Marten, Little Bedwyn, Aldbourne, Mildenhall,Wilts. Sarah COOK born Marten, bapt. at Burbage 17 Nov 1782 daughter of Richard and Margaret(maybe Elizabeth SAYER). Sarah married Thomas WERRELL at Aldbourne in 1808, before that Sarah had an illegitimate daughter Sarah Mason COOK, bpt. 1805 at Great Bedwyn, who married David GODDARD at Ramsbury in 1821, then the GODDARDs lived in Axford with all their children. BAILEYs came from Ramsbury. FORDs and SHEPHERDs from East Knoyle. Do any connect with you?
