You mentioned books on Lacock in a previous message and I know that I have a copy of Lacock Tea Time Recipes, but I can't find that at the moment. I was able to put my hand on the National Trust booklet on Lacock with text by Janet Burnett Brown. This looks like it was originally published in 1981 and revised in 1987, 1999 and 2003.
