Does anyone have access to the street directories as above. I'm trying to find when my grandfather G.W.Bryant & his family moved to 33, Pembroke Street. He moved to Swindon sometime after my mother was born in 1917 and he was in Pembroke Street in 1928. I seem to remember my mother saying they lived for a time in a house north of the railway line before moving to Pembroke Street. There is a G.W.Bryant shopkeeper living at 38 Jennings St in 1920 which would fit the bill, except that my grandfather wasn't a shopkeeper - he was a railway signalman. I'm hoping the directories between 1920 & 1928 only show one G.W. Bryant either at one or the other of these addresses. Thanks in advance Geoff Morse
