Hello Kate, I have been looking through my very old notes and found the following. Banns and Marriage of -- Thomas Bland of Kirkby Kendale and Sarah Ellwood of this Parish.(Orton) Banns called 30 th. October - 6 th. November and 13 th.November 1785 Marriage 20th. November 1785 at Orton Westmorland. Witnesses. Henry Bland - Rich Hodgson - Thomas Farrow Curate - John Redman ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ An archivist from the Kendal office is going to look out the details and when I return the signed Copyright Form, together with the necessary fee, the copies will be posted to me.
