Hi, I am researching the SCOTT family from SHAP. My 4 x grt grandad was JOSEPH SCOTT b 1746 in Shap. I believe his parents were William and Margaret. WILLIAM was also born in Shap around 1710 but have not been able to progress any further back. Any ideas? Many thanks Gill Salt
